In search of a satisfactory medicine, I began to deal with this question during my studies. Conventional medicine helps, but causes damage elsewhere in the medium to long term. This thought left me with no peace. I had high expectations of medicine to do more than harm. I noticed again and again that we could only help to a limited extent with drug therapy. Worse still, frequent "juggling" and changing drugs does not relieve the patient's discomfort.

Chinese medicine convinced me and met my requirements for holistic medicine that also had no side effects. It took little effort and was very effective.

I used acupuncture more and more often:

In internal medicine , I was able to treat gastrointestinal complaints, joint dysfunction and skin symptoms.

In psychosomatic medicine , patients with chronic diseases such as depression and rheumatism, but also pain patients, were treated with acupuncture. In psychiatry I have treated patients with mental disorders or states of tension according to the NADA protocol. The effectiveness of acupuncture was simply convincing.

In addition to acupuncture, I also worked a lot in psychotherapy:

- Individual and group therapies (depth psychological and dynamic approach and also behavioral therapy)

- Coaching for errors in perception and communication

- Mediation in relationship and inter-family conflicts

- Assistant doctor in internal medicine, psychiatry and psychosomatics 2008-2011

- Diploma in acupuncture from the German Medical Association for Acupuncture

- Course of neuralgia treatments with ear acupuncture according to Nogier 2010

- Further training in laser acupuncture 2014

- BAG Dres. Sommerbrodt & Kollegen 2013-2018, Wiesbaden

- Holistic practice Dr. Körbel-Engler and Julia Dehe in Rüsselsheim, 2019-2020

- Examination to obtain the title of specialist in general medicine

- currently working in my own private practice
